Starting

QUICK NOTE: Start your animation from the back of the book and move forward!! It's MUCH easier this way!!

Ok, so i have 6 pages done so far. It's hard to concentrate! Work is definitely getting in the way, but i am making progress.

I'm using sharpie markers and regular markers. I've found they work the best for this. Anything liquid will crumple up the paper making the tracing difficult.

Remember, SIMPLICITY!! Detail will screw you over! Mine has light detail and it's already annoying me.

  2. It certainly makes it dry faster, but i believe they will still crumple. Of course, i gave up on my first sheet, so you're willing to experiment yourself. Even with the crumpling, Drew's animation turned out alright didn't it?

  4. ignore that last thing i tried to copy past my message and it pasted something from my job. Anyhow, I haven't tried the water color yet, but i don't know how thick Drew's paper was compared to ours. His did turn out nice. Also I'm scanning these into my computer so they will be pressed flat.... but oh well on the water color idea.
